Stainless Steel Pump Body Investment Casting is a corrosion-resistant precision casting for industrial pumps. Sanjack produces custom pump bodies in its China investment casting factory, integrating casting and CNC machining for stable dimensions and direct factory pricing.

Stainless steel grades, carbon steel and alloy steel are available. Typical casting weight is 0.1–50 kg with tolerance to ISO 8062 CT5–CT6. Internal passages, wall thickness, flange connections and machining allowances follow your drawing.

Silica-sol lost wax casting is followed by heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, polishing and passivation. Pump bores, flange faces and threaded ports are machined after casting for accurate sealing and assembly.
